Dr. Elliot Foad grew up in the Bay Area and has always been passionate about sports and helping others achieve peak performance. With a lifelong dedication to athletics, including playing baseball into college and competing in sports like golf, basketball, volleyball, and (table) tennis, he understands firsthand the demands placed on athletes. Dr. Foad’s first exposure to chiropractic care occurred at the age of 13, when he experienced a debilitating pinched nerve in his lower back. After a single visit to a chiropractor that alleviated 90% of his pain, he became fascinated by the human body’s ability to move and heal.

After graduating from Saint Francis High School, Dr. Foad earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Chapman University. He went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic West.

Dr. Foad’s passion for sports led to extensive involvement in sports chiropractic. As the lead Event Coordinator for Palmer’s Sports Council, he successfully organized a variety of events—from 5K runs to marathons, soccer tournaments, and private corporate events—while providing treatment and education to athletes of all levels.

Dr. Foad combines technical expertise, a passion for sports, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or an elite athlete, Dr. Foad is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and optimize your performance.
